Which carrier partners with Meyer?

We use Australia Post.

How much does shipping cost on Meyer?

Standard:
$9.95 flat rate (Australia-wide), free for orders of $100 or more.

Express:
$29.95 flat rate. Currently available for metropolitan areas in each state and territory. Please refer to the list of Metropolitan postcodes by State and Territory for eligibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. At the point in time our distribution centre dispatches your parcel, you will be emailed a unique tracking code and link to the Australia Post eParcel portal.

Do you send products to overseas addresses?

No. At the present time we cannot send items outside of Australia.

Do you mail products to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we do.

How will I know if you have got my order?

You will receive a confirmation email, right after you make an order on our website.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

When your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, you will be sent an email notification to update you on the status of your order. You will also be provided with your invoice.

Can I update my shipping address after my order is processed?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to make any changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team starts processing orders right away to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

What if I have received a damaged product or the wrong item?

Contact our Customer Service Team using our enquiry form who will discuss the quickest way to get your problem resolved.

If I return an item to Meyer, will I get reimbursed for shipping costs?

No, unless it is due to our mistake, your shipping costs will not be refunded.

Can I have my order sent to a 24/7 Parcel Locker?

Yes! You can have your order delivered to a 24/7 Parcel Locker for added convenience. Please note that Parcel Lockers have size and weight limits — parcels must be no larger than 35 x 44 x 61 cm and must weigh under 16 kg.

Due to these restrictions, some larger items particularly cookware sets may exceed the limits and won’t be eligible for Parcel Locker delivery. In those cases, we recommend selecting a standard home or business address for delivery.
